Mindfulness means paying full attention to the present moment without judgment.
Who can attend retreats?
Anyone interested in slowing down and reconnecting with themselves is welcome. The consent and intake form is important way to make sure that the retreat is aligned with your goals and intentions. If alignment is not there, we may suggest other programs or therapeutic options.
What do retreats include?
Immersed mindfulness experiences from one day to several days where participants learn and practice mindfulness in a group in a beautiful setting that inspires and supports mindful practice.
This depends on the length of the retreat. Generally, lunch is served during retreats.
